Rehabilitation & Mental Wellness
Provide trauma healing, counselling, emotional support groups, and mental health services to promote inner freedom.
OUR STORY
The name "Aditi" comes from Sanskrit, meaning limitless or boundless. It reflects our deepest belief: that every human being, regardless of their past and mistakes, has infinite potential for growth, healing, and freedom.

WHY WE EXIST
Aditi Africa Foundation was founded in 2023, dedicated to transforming the lives of incarcerated individuals across Africa. We work inside prisons and within communities to help people rebuild — not just their circumstances, but their sense of self.
Behind every prison wall is a person with a story. Behind every stigma is someone who deserves a second chance. We exist to restore freedom internally and externally — giving people the hope, support, and empowerment needed to rebuild their lives.
OUR MISSION
Utilizing faith-based principles to change the narrative around offenders and promote social reintegration.
OUR VISION
Restoring freedom, dignity, and a second chance for people affected by incarceration across Africa.
